Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the U.S.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Local Pickup

  • Free in-store pickup is available. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the U.S. only.
  • Perishable items (e.g., fresh or frozen pet food) or large, heavy items ( > 10lb) cannot be shipped at this time.
  • Some products may have shipping restrictions due to state regulations.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or full refund.
