- Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time.

- Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the U.S.
- Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
Local Pickup
- Free in-store pickup is available. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the U.S. only.
- Perishable items (e.g., fresh or frozen pet food) or large, heavy items ( > 10lb) cannot be shipped at this time.
- Some products may have shipping restrictions due to state regulations.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or full refund.
